We introduce the new our company product - low temperature electric furnace SNOL 2400/80, designed for moist mass drying in medicine industry.
In inside of chamber is container, connected with chambers blower, through which evenly moves controlled stream of air. The evenly distribution of air ensure the max. effective moist mass drying. The fresh air to chamber is feeding through adjusting ventilation air slide valve. High quality HEPA filters remove 99,97% all fraction up to 0,1 - 0,3 micron size.
In container with two doors are arranged 34 shelves. The one shelve load - 6 kg.
The furnaces outside and cart are produced from steel, powder coating with heat, friction and corrosion resistant paint. With cart assistance the container is transporting to loading - unloading ground. On the ground of cart is universal container fixing mechanism, which fixing the cart with furnace or the cart with container.
The chamber, container and shelves are made from suitable to use for medicine and food industry st. steel, which has in composition chrome and nickel elements, which increase metal resistant for oxidation and creep.
